Overview
As a Group Leader, you may notice that a member appears to have completed a course, but the completion is not showing on their transcript, and a certificate has not been issued. In most cases, this occurs because the learner has not completed the required feedback questionnaire associated with the course.
Why Feedback Questionnaires Matter
On Cox Campus, course completion involves two steps:
- Completing all required course content.
- Submitting the course feedback questionnaire.
The feedback questionnaire is a required part of the course completion process. Until it is submitted:
- The course completion will not post to the learner's transcript.
- A certificate of completion will not be generated.
- The course may appear incomplete, even if all learning content has been finished.
How Group Leaders Can Check Member Progress
Group Leaders can view the status of members' courses in the Learner Progress section of the Insights Tab on your group dashboard.
To Access Learner Progress:
- Log in to Cox Campus.
- Navigate to your Group Dashboard.
- Select the Insights tab.
- Find a course and choose Actions > Learner Progress.
Within the Learner Progress section, you can review each member's status, including whether a feedback questionnaire is still pending.
Understanding Status
Feedback Pending
A " Feedback Pending" status indicates that the learner has completed the course content but has not yet submitted the required feedback questionnaire.
The group member must:
- Navigate to the My Learning tab.
- Select My Course Progress.
- Open the completed course.
- Complete and submit the feedback questionnaire.
Complete
A "Complete" status indicates that the feedback questionnaire has been submitted, and the course completion should appear on the learner's transcript.
What Happens After the Feedback Questionnaire Is Submitted?
Once the learner submits the feedback questionnaire:
- The course completion is added to their transcript.
- A certificate of completion is generated.
- The completion becomes visible in reporting and transcript records.
