There are several possible reasons why group invitations may not be received:
The email may have been filtered into the recipient’s spam or junk folder.
The invitation was sent to an incorrect or misspelled email address.
The recipient’s email system may be blocking external messages.
The individual may already be a Cox Campus member, in which case an invitation is not required.
If invitations are not being received, we recommend first verifying the email address, asking the recipient to check their spam or junk folder, and confirming whether they already have a Cox Campus account.
If multiple people in your organization are not receiving invitations, it may indicate that your email system is blocking external messages. In this case, contact your organization’s network administrator and request that Cox Campus be whitelisted to prevent this issue in the future.
