Getting ECE-TRIS Credit for Cox Campus Courses

Kentucky early childhood professionals seeking credit for Cox Campus courses through The Early Care and Education Training Records Information System (ECE-TRIS) are asked to ensure Kentucky is listed as their state on their Cox Campus user profile. 

Kentucky early childhood educators are required to complete 15 hours of professional development annually, between 7/1 and 6/30. Please note that the requirement concerns the completion date listed on the certificate. Reporting credit in the ECE-TRIS system is based on an agency file submission process and can be delayed. Please allow up to 30 days for completed courses to appear on your training record. As long as your certificate is dated 6/30 or earlier, you will receive your credit and not be penalized for processing delays.
