When you finish a course on Cox Campus, you must complete the End of Course survey in order to access the course certificate. Until this step is completed, the course will only appear on the My Course Progress page. Once completed, the completed course will appear in the list on the Certificates page. After completing a course, the end-of-course survey may take a moment to pop up automatically. You may also click the Feedback button to start the survey manually.

My training says I need the certificate so I can choose the file
