Viewing & Managing Members
Click the Members tab to see a list of group participants. You can view the completion status, last login, and connection type.
Use the Actions menu to:
Enroll Members in activities.
View Member Transcripts for progress tracking.
Send Messages directly to members.
Click the Remove from Group button to remove a member from the group.
Viewing Member Details
Click the Manage button next to a member. Next, select the "View Transcript" button to view member details.
Removing and Inviting Members
As a Group Leader, you can manage your group by inviting new members and removing existing ones.
Removing Members
To remove a member or group leader, click the Manage button next to their name. Then, select Remove from Group to complete the removal.
Inviting Members
To invite members, click "Manage my Groups" on the right side of your screen.
Next, locate and select the "+Add/Invite" button.
A "Search and Add Member" window will appear.
Choose the group you want to add members to, then either type the names of existing users with accounts or paste a list of email addresses (separated by commas) into the search field.
