Childhood Champions bonus program is CLOSED for 2025. In partnership with the City of Atlanta and the Promise All Atlanta Children Thrive (PAACT) alliance, the Rotary Club of Atlanta – made up of nearly 500 of Atlanta’s business and civic leaders – is honoring early educators across the City of Atlanta for the vital work they do.

How do I enroll?
Enroll here as an Early Childhood Champion if you have not already. Enrollment open August 1 – September 30, 2025.
Does Cox Campus confirm my eligibility?
Care Solutions (the Early Childhood Champions program administrator and payment partner) will confirm your eligibility for one or both incentives.
I received the email, but I can’t find my Courses.
You must be logged into Cox Campus with the same email you used to enroll for the Early Childhood Champion program. Log into Cox Campus with the email you used at enrollment. You should complete the courses that have been assigned from the Required Coursework on the Early Childhood Champion program list.

I’ve taken all of my courses, what now?
Once you have completed all the courses under your Early Childhood Champions Mayor’s Early Literacy Award Group tab, Cox Campus will submit a record of your course completions to Care Solutions (the Early Childhood Champions program administrator and payment partner) the following Friday. Please be sure to watch the final video to complete the training. You will not be considered complete until you have seen this video. At that time Care Solutions will send you an email confirmation and begin the process of confirming your employment with your Director.
Where will my check be mailed?
Your check will be mailed by Care Solutions (the Early Childhood Champions program administrator and payment partner) to the address you provided at the time of enrollment. If your mailing address has changed, you can update by contacting support@rotaryearlychildhoodchampions.org.
I completed the training a while ago and haven’t received confirmation.
If you haven’t received your email confirmation from Care Solutions (the Early Childhood Champions program administrator and payment partner) and,
- You have completed all the courses in your Early Childhood Champions Mayor’s Early Literacy Award group.
- You have watched the final video to complete the training. You will not be considered complete until you have seen this video.
- It has been at least one full week since your courses were completed. Contact support@rotaryearlychildhoodchampions.org
How long does it take for the check to arrive?
If it has been more than two weeks since your director has confirmed your employment please reach out to support@rotaryearlychildhoodchampions.org

When does the program end?
In order to earn a $500 training bonus this year, you must complete training by November 30, 2025, and we must receive your post-training employment verification from your director by December 12, 2025. Trainings completed on or after December 1st will be pre-qualified to receive one of the $500 training bonuses available, if you are still employed in any licensed early learning program in the City of Atlanta in early August 2026.

Once I finished the programs, how do I get the money? I did all three courses. Is there anything else that I need to do?

There are three courses and one additional “completion course”, making the total activities required for the Infant Toddler group four in total. Please navigate to your Action Plans in the drop-down menu under My Learning. Once you have completed the courses listed there, including the Mayor’s Early Literacy Award – Infants/Toddler Completion Course, Cox Campus will submit a record of your course completions to Care Solutions (the Early Childhood Champions program administrator and payment partner) the following Friday. You will not be considered complete until you have seen that video, Mayor’s Early Literacy Award – Infants/Toddler Completion Course.

Hello! I have finished not only the infant / toddler trainings but also Prek trainings for the rotary and I’ve been told by rotary to contact you to send them my completion of trainings .i have completed all of my trainings as well as the survey on Nov 29th. And was told it should have been sent over . Can you please send rotary my completion of trainings so they can send my employment verification thank you
