We've made many updates since the last time you logged in! This article will guide you through some of the most common questions you might have as you navigate the updated system.
Logging In
To log in to the updated system for the first time, you will have to reset your password. To do so, click the Log In button in the top right. Then, click the Create/Update Your Password link on the login form.
Taking Courses
In this system, to take a course, you must enroll in it before you can start it. Navigate to the Learn menu and locate the course category, or click all courses to find the course you want to take. Once you've identified a course, click on the Enroll button.
After you click Enroll, the course will open on the lessons page, and the pre-course survey (required) will be unlocked. The first lesson in the course will be unlocked once the pre-course survey has been completed. The pre-course survey only consists of one (1) question.
Certificates
Click on My Learning and select Certificates from the drop-down menu. On the Certificates page, you'll be presented with tiles for each course you've taken. You can click on the tile corresponding to the course for which you'd like to access the certificate. You'll see a Certificate button on the course menu.
Click the Certificate button, and your certificate will open in a new browser as a PDF. Download and save the PDF for future use. This is also where you can find your transcript.
Please note: the Organization State on your profile determines which certificate you'll receive. If you cannot see information that should appear on your certificate, such as training codes or Workforce Knowledge and Competencies (WKCs), please verify that your Organization State is present and correct on your profile. If your profile requires changes to the Organization State field, return to the certificates page for the course and press the refresh symbol next to the Certificate button to update your certificate with the state-related information.
Groups
Group Discussions and Action Plans are now accessed separately to make communication easier for those who belong to multiple groups.
- To access your group Action Plans, click on My Learning and select Action Plans from the drop-down menu.
- To access Group Discussions, click on My Learning and select Group Discussions from the drop-down menu.
- Group Facilitators and Leaders will see an additional option on the drop-down menu for Group management. Select Groups from the drop-down menu to access your group management tools.

Getting Help
The quickest way to submit a support ticket is to click on the blue chat icon on each site page. Please be sure to complete the Name and Email fields, then submit your question, and a ticket will be created so that a support agent can help you. Please note that we have a small support team. Our agents are unable to provide assistance via live chat or phone calls. You can also submit a request through our support form.
